Here is a link with a short explanation of the eviction process in Clark County If you have been served with a Notice to Pay or Quit, or any other documentation showing the landlord’s intent to evict, you MUST ACT IMMEDIATELY. Failure to respond will result in a default judgment against you and you WILL be evicted. You may be tempted to utilize self-help forms or resources to save some money; however, you can actually get yourself into more trouble by not properly addressing the documentation from the court.
